This article slipped passed me last year. Perhaps it already has been discussed somewhere else on here and I have missed that also.
It basically says that the consumption of milk fats increases our colonies of Bilophila until they around 6% of our total digestive bacterium, ie not good. This happens because we canot digest these polyunsaturated fats and as such produce more bile, which in turn feeds these guys allowing them to multiply.
It is all food for thought, pardon the pun.
