Many people in this forum acknowledge that while there are differences in sensitivities to food, diet does seem to matter. I think the recent post asking about sensitivity to rice was very useful. I think something similar has been done for gluten. If that can be done specifically, ONE BY ONE, for different foods, I think the exercise may prove of some use in helping people in their elimination, what to try next, fodmaps etc. especially if responses include information on sensitivity during different phases of UC, whether in a flare, just out of a flare, or in remission.
