It might help to eat short chain fatty acids, buytrate which many here do, vinegar which many do, and
blueberries which ferment to propionic acid, also real swill cheese/emmental swiss imported, the American crap
will have reduced propionic acid. Why it might help, increased T-Regs. The propionic seems very important
we do not get enough, and if those particular bacteria are reduced to dead then a dietary supply might
be appropriate,if they are dead blueberries might not work well.
I also want to add, reducing phosphorus in the diet might also help, cant find much in the literature.
I worked with metal working fluids for the past 30 years, whenever I added a phosphate ester to the formula
the bacteria of the water emulsion would get way out of control even to biocides, high counts biofilm formation
just a mess. Even if we added a little bit of P the bacteria would go crazy.
You will see all kinds of added phosphate to commercial foods, meat also contains a lot, where it is tied up
in veggies with phyate. Not sure if colon bacteria can also break that down.
