"Was it something I ate" gives me flashbacks of when I was first trying to deal with IBS. Sometimes food can cause immediate reaction, other times days later. Sometimes food "a" causes no problem on its own, but add in food "b" with food "a" and wam-oh symptoms. Unless you do an elimination diet and slowly add foods in one at a time with about
four days between new foods you won't be able to really identify food triggers, and will drive yourself nuts.
