Assuming you are at work, or in a doctors office, or? What is your routine to try to quickly get rid of a very gassy abdomen? Also, I'm not talking stomach, I'm talking much much lower.
Yes I'm at work today, and yes, it's an issue. I keep running to the bathroom, but wow, how annoying.
What works for everyone?
