Does anyone know if the powder or capsules are more effective then the other?Thanks for the responses
I use the capsules because I don't like to drink it after a meal. It's personal choice....I started with the powder and the capsules are convenient when I eat out.
Trial and error...start somewhere, but don't start with a large amount.
I suggest at one meal for a few days and then add to another meal. Eventually up the dosage per meal, etc.
