I was on some before... But they didnt seem to do anything (too sick) so I stopped for a while. Ive just been drinking Good Belly and Kefir for the last couple months. And actually hadn't been drinking much kefir at all.
so back on that to hopefully replace some good bacteria!
I really need to start feeling better soon or im gunna go nuts!
Also; when could I start adding my turmeric/curcumin in again. Should I wait abit longer until the vanco starts working more? Or till the c diff clears?
The rice I will be eating I add evoo and virgin coconut oil to.
Anything else I could/should be making sure to get?
