even starting this thread. I never researched this any further. I couldn't really guess if flaxseed increases DAO or not but there are things which can.
IamCurious: You did twist my words, as per usual. I never once made a blanket statement that fish oil hurts everyone and doesn't help anyone. You read things the way you want to read them. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone wanting to try fish oil to try it but they shouldn't just assume that it works because it is supposedly anti-inflammatory. Some things work as expected and some things don't.
I am usually able to check in here for several short periods most days and if I can help someone I'm going to try and help someone, even if it is secondary knowledge and not firsthand knowledge. I don't remember you being put in charge of what I can say and what I can't say and that I am only allowed to make posts from my own personal first hand knowledge and not pass on information I have learned from the others who post here. That's not in the forum rules that I know of. Someone might have an important question and need info ASAP and might not be able to wait for days for someone with first hand knowledge of their particular question to respond to their post. Everyone's posts are opinions only and shouldn't be taken as fact, including mine. I'm pretty sure the site has such a disclaimer. I don't personally call you out on any advice you give but you seem to feel obligated to personally criticize the content of my posts from time to time, often twisting around what I said in the process.
