I've improved a lot so here are some of the different things I've been eating lately:
Quinoa: I first stir fry it in olive oil, chopped onions, lots of garlic then add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, chili powder, salt, pepper, and simmer till done.
Green beans: I buy the frozen then steam then and add hot chili peppers, garlic
Orange juice: fresh squeezed from oranges
Fruit: fresh sliced strawberries with fresh sliced bananas & some lemon juice/sugar
Chicken: grilled after marinating in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, lots of chopped garlic, olive oil...etc.
Some wine: Red or white after work (this is not new)
Notice all the use of lemon, garlic, and hot stuff...hrmmmm.
