I'm considering upping my protein intake a bit. I'm wondering what your main sources of proteins are?
I usually boil one dozen egg sunday for the week and make grass fed beef chili with navy beans. I also buy chicken from whole foods and bake 6 of those for the week and when I spot nice filet mignon I buy those and cook them up medium rare for terrific sandwhiches with garlic powder and garlic salt.
We use about
1 loaf of UDI's gluten free per day.
Into the cardio igniter I like to put an equal amount of Slender Sticks 'Tropical' which has RS Fibersol-2. Some days I drink these all day to stay alert
at the job as it does not bother me, unclear if the Slender Sticks help but tastes great.
I am now boiling one box of Barrilla Penne pasta every other day, and always put butter on it. All of these things make great snacks at work.
Nearly all of the fat from my longest prednisone course ever is gone, I tapered off in January after keeping the dose high while interviewing. Weight lifting gains are coming slowly with bench press being the most stubborn.
After lifting drink a blend of 70% oats-n-way combined with 30% or less of 'SYNTHA-6' which tastes great but has a lot of artificial sweeteners BUT my daughter is learning to drink one to ward off gobbling too much junk food after school.
Creatine 'Concrete' in no way bothers me and also has my body weight rising, I workout hard on weekends and then rest mon/tues when I am working long hours at the job.
