In the lab I work in, we mainly see fecal WBCs ordered when they suspect the patient has something other than c. diff. Honestly all I think its telling them (and you) is that there's inflammation in your colon. I'm assuming they did a fecal occult test and the RBCs mentioned in the report is blood in your stool you can't physically see, which isn't uncommon in UC. Ova and parasite means they were testing for any common gastrointestinal parasites, Giardia etc that could be causing your symptoms.
I've only recently been reading posts again. What is your current disease state and what was it like the first time you had an O&P and stool tests?
Diagnosed with UC after a bout of h-pylori in Sept 2004. Remission Jan 2006 through a bowel rest, severe case of mono in Apr 2006 then back into remission.
Currently on: Colazal (generic) 3 pills 2x, Elavil 25mg, Levsin .125 mg as needed, Effexor XR 75 mg for GAD/OCD, Ortho lo
Other mentionables: Ehlers-danlos syndrome type II hypermobility, consistently low vit d levels
