Can you share where you're located geographically? We might be able to help with a GI in your area who does responsible FMT.
I think vanco would be good to try though, in addition to being the treatment of choice for C diff nowadays it has been used very successfully for treating pediatric IBD patients longterm by a GI at Stanford I believe. Do a board search, it's been mentioned a few times.
