Ok, trying a somewhat dangerous experiment.
Don't do this at home kids.
From all of the above.
Fish oil,aspirin,spinach,olive oil, vitamin K1.
1/4 teaspoon cod liver oil every other day, 1 gram fish oil concentrate once a week,
1/4 baby aspirin daily, making sure eat more fish, making sure eat spinach and olive oil
once a day, 100 microgram K1 once a day.
The idea is not to suppress the immune system, but to resolve inflammation.
Why is this dangerous, both fish oil and aspirin will thin the blood.
40mg aspirin enough to do it. Too boot, it is not reversible.
Trying to up regulate alkaline phosphatase, make resolvins from EPA/DHA and associated
epoxides, trying to down regulate soluble epoxide hydrolyase with nitro oleic acid from
spinach and olive oil. K1 to improve blood clotting and up regulate alkaline phosphatase.
Aspirin to acetylate COX2. Resolvins to up regulate alkaline phosphatase.
Too much fish oil is counter productive.
Too much aspirin, stomach ulcers, bleeding,so only doing 20mg to see where this goes.
This is a different approach to UC,as opposed to massive immune suppression.
The above should also down regulate many cytokines, that are currently out of control,
such as TNF alpha.
Some had good luck with the spinach diet, lots of K1 in spinach, plus making nitro fatty acids,
from the nitrate.
Forgot 25mg zinc every other day, also butyrate may help, dont fast it drops IAP.
When/if I see an adverse event will stop.
here is a different mechanism I just found/www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/05/140509130046.htm

dha serotonin amazing what you can find- but have taken tons of fish oil with no effect
on uc,perhaps a little bit is better who know. There are so many control mechanisms
in our guts, something had to go very wrong to get UC./www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28526351
gee the next thing I find is too much fish oil no goodwww.functionalps.com/blog/2012/07/04/fish-oils-increases-intestinal-permeability/
