Everyone's target should be 75ng/ml After a lot of digging into Vit D research, I have reached to the conclusion that the range should be between 70-100ng/ml.
Start her on 5000IU/day for a month and then 2000IU/day for another month, Cycle this until her next test and see what number you get.
