Ok I read a lot about the importance of vitamins and minerals and various supplements. I know it varies from one person to the next.
but is there a best time of day to take you vitamins? And if you are taking more than one can you take them all at once.
I know this various on what vit you are taking but are there any real no, no's when it comes to taking vitamins and what can be taken together.
