Seems to depend on whether you were a former smoker or not.
Non-smokers seem to have some success with nicotine.
Former smokers...not so much, but some do get a little relief.
I developed UC despite using an ecig with high nicotine.
If I need relief, I must smoke (gag!)
Maybe it's the whole tobacco alkaloids...maybe it's something else in a burning cig.
Actually I think studies show it's the other way around. Former smokers are helped and non-smokers not so much. Although everyone is different.
