the only advice i can give you while you are waiting it out would be to try some sort of diet modification. what are you eating now?? i know it's tough when you are flaring since everything is bothersome.
i notice some foods slow things down for me so i don't have to go so much. baked/mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, coconut flour (SUPER ABSORBANT), chia gel (soluble fiber), and dry curd cheese.
really, anything you can think of to help bulk up your stools so you don't have so many small ones would be good.
