Really sorry to hear you're having a rough time. Unfortunately what worked for a past flare may not work again, so you might need something a bit stronger/different to treat this one. I would get hold of your GI and ask for a review and see what s/he says... Always best to have a professional opinion. Just make sure you stick with your maintainace drugs in the future! I think we've all been there at one point and slacked a bit while in remission - it's so easy to do but never ends well.
Good luck and try not to freak out too much, once you get on the right meds I'm sure you'll be feeling better in no time. The blood sucks, but it won't last. Hang in there
