I would eliminate caffeine (it can stimulate bowel muscles). You can limit your food intake before and during work (skip breakfast and lunch or have something like an Ensure shake) as food can stimulate you to go, eat big later. Take Imodium to slow your gut down and reduce urgency while at work. Bring an emergency kit with you ( a large ziplock bag with a change of underwear, extra tp, and moist wipes).
Not sure on the clients in your office or on the phone, best you can do is have some one else cover for you (if possible), otherwise say BRB and bolt, if your bathroom trips are quick
