ya, too easy, right

i find if i just dabble with grains, my poops are peachy - although i'm still not sure what quinoa is exactly - some say fruit, others, vegg - to me it's just yummy !
but rice and corn are oklie doklie for occasional consumption - i've learnt the very painful lesson = don't get colicky ! moderation is my bestest butty these days - and forever if i'm half smart

current supplements:probiotics, vit D, cal/mag, Psyllium Seed powder/Heather's Acacia fiber/ L-Glutamine/Hemp powder slurry 2x/week- no gluten, rice, corn, or soy & limited sugar - just good, healthy food, lots of all natural well water, exercise, sleep as much as possible & enjoy this great life that God has blessed me with
