ya, too easy, right :-)

i find if i just dabble with grains, my poops are peachy - although i'm still not sure what quinoa is exactly - some say fruit, others, vegg - to me it's just yummy !

but rice and corn are oklie doklie for occasional consumption - i've learnt the very painful lesson = don't get colicky ! moderation is my bestest butty these days - and forever if i'm half smart yeah
dx'd with pancolitis 12/21/03
current supplements:probiotics, vit D, cal/mag, Psyllium Seed powder/Heather's Acacia fiber/ L-Glutamine/Hemp powder slurry 2x/week- no gluten, rice, corn, or soy & limited sugar - just good, healthy food, lots of all natural well water, exercise, sleep as much as possible & enjoy this great life that God has blessed me with :-)

Quinoa is a seed actually and anyone would be better off eating it over McDiarrhea's any day lol!
DX with Crohn's Disease in 1991 shortly after becoming ill. CD was affecting small and large bowel & anus (perianal crohn's skin tags) & rectum for first 2 yrs of becoming sick, CD remained constant in colon (Crohn's colitis) & anus with anal tags, intolerant to oral meds. Currently on Humira (Feb 2014) once a week and B12, Vitamin A and Omega's daily. In remission but trying to combat IBS D/C.

Mum double cheeseburgers, ahhhhh. I go all Homer Simpson for McD's and ironically, where I live, our local one is right next door to the gym - just what you need in the tank after a workout!
