This is one main part of my treatment plan and it works for me. I don't really preach about
it here except to those who happen to mention having problems with certain foods that I know to be high in histamines. Most here seem to blow it off but I think a lot more people would benefit from investigating this in their case. Something different works in everyone though.
here is an active link for your post www.diagnosisdiet.com/histamine-intolerance/
There are also many more legitimate sources of information and scientific studies that can be brought up in searches.
Pentasa (500mg) 2 pills X 2; VSL 1 pill X 2; Prescrip Assist Probiotic 1 pill X 2; Grape seed extract (1)400mg X 2; Vitamin D3 (1) 5,000 IU X 2; daily generic Allegra; Nopal capsules 3.9 grams per day; DAO as needed due to dietary histamine intolerance
Gave me trouble: Zymactive, Renew Life Probiotic 80 billion, Florastor, high histamine foods
