Anyone ever been told to take vitamin A along with prednisone? I know its supposed to counteract the inhibitory effect of steroids on wound healing, but I was worried that it would counter-act the anti-inflammatory effects as well.

Was that with prednisone or on its own?

no, i was not on prednisone at the time but i was started on entocort.

i don't think there was a relation besides the fact that vitamin A is beneficial for UC patients.
