So I started to feel a lot better. Slowly the cramping stopped, and I was going a lot less. Yesterday I had a the first solid bowel movement I've had in over two months. Today I noticed some cramping when passing wind again.. Had a bowel movement tonight, very loose with blood. Just when I thought it was getting better.
Everyone is different, but in my case these ups and downs were gradually resolved with my food diary which helped to isolate my triggering foods.
