I read the article from Chris Klesser about healing your gut and GERD, some soluable fiber he recommends is potatoes and sweet potates and stay away from insoluable fiber. If you follow the SCD diet it says stay away from these veggies.

Most everything else will bother me, even basic unflavored cassein protein powder was not liked when I mixed it into ON powder.
