And it's good that you pointed out that you were high in b range vitamins because if you take an excess it's actually bad for you as it can raise the amount you need of other vitamins
Some people think the more the merrier
But really not
Take your iron rich foods not at the same time as calcium as it inhibits it's absorption.
If you eat iron rich cereals than its best to have them without milk while you are low in iron.
EDIT also vitamin c helps you absorb iron better
