I'm doing really well right now and I wanted to share something I learned. That bloating, cramping, stomach moving kind of discomfort that comes on after a meal, may actually be put to rest by drinking about 12oz of water, 30 minutes after a meal.
I didn't take time to pull the information on this, but I'm positive its a great way of kind of 'moving things along' the digestive track. I've been doing this for a few months now, and I haven't experienced any sort of gas, cramping or discomfort since.
Anyone else practice this?
