What are you referring to when you say "high densityfoods" please? thank you. Imagardener2
OMG you are asking my brain to remember something I said a year ago lol.
High density means (to me) things like carrot cake (I use GF flour). It's hard to remember what I was eating then because no high density foods are in my diet any more, but grains are processed verrrry slowly so they rarely get eaten. Fiber has been a "no" for my gut for a very long time, meaning no fiber rich veggies like broccoli, kale, etc. I'll juice them instead.
My gut stays happy with meat, potato and a veggie such as cooked carrots, green beans, yellow squash or spinach. Swiss cheese also OK and all oils are beloved including mayonnaise (which is oil and egg). I had some yummy pulled pork last weekend with no probs because I didn't overdo it. My problem with BBQ is I LOVE ribs and overeat which slows everything down for 2 days with that heavy feeling.
