For healthy food, whenever i'm overworked or have a busy schedule, i'd make a big batch\pot of food, big stew, stir fry, that i could take some of and warm up and eat over a few days. If you're worried about not getting your 5 a day to stay, get a powerful blender, pop in a few veggies\fruit and drink it over the day.
I agree with the marsrover on getting physical, even something light, get the blood pumping, i recently started DDP yoga and if i'm ever feeling dopey\tired, i just go into 1 or 2 of the routines(nothing complicated, doing them in a pair of jeans) and i can feel the dopeyness lift. That or a few pushups do the trick.
