I'm sorry. If you decided to go down that path, might want to try a few things just in case. A personal diet, certain phytochemicals, pure colostrum and l-glutamine, things like psyllium seed and bromelain, beta glucan, VSL3 and blueberry, Mutaflor 'can' help keep a man (or woman) sane if they work. I don't take meds, am in complete remission and it's 'possible' if meds are not an option or fail.
In remission with flaxseed/yoghurt, coffee, vitamins, green propolis, colostrum, l-glutamine, psyllium seed (periodically), org sourdough spelt bread (no yeast/soy), org butter, modified Low Fodmap diet, FMT (10 inf 2014), probiotics, digestive enzymes, pineapple, sauerkraut, jiaogulan/sarsaparilla tea, avoid processed food, not keeping feelings locked, reading, thanking God.
