Good luck. It's hard to say whether L. rueterii will be in your yogurt because the more vigorous bacteria outcompetes the less strong types and all those types may not be present in your yogurt. I used to make SCD yogurt and read what I stated.
It's not easy to make certain probiotics which is probably why they cost so much (VSL#3, L. reuterii, etc). Your yogurt might agree with your gut so could be good for you. My gut does not do well with yogurt or milk type dairy unfortunately even though my homemade yogurt was delish.
