i would use some type of animal protein - it will be better absorbed - just eat a steak for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and maybe even steak topped with a fried egg for dessert !
just curious, why the focus on protein ?

so how many total calories are you consuming /day ? are you eating a "balanced" diet ?
lately, as my body continues to heal, I've pretty much gotten away from most of my supplements - i just feel better knowing that the vitamins/minerals/etc are coming from real food and not a bottle - but then, I am eating a lot so I can rely on that method -

current supplements:probiotics, vit D, cal/mag, Psyllium Seed powder/Heather's Acacia fiber/ L-Glutamine/Hemp powder slurry 1x/week - grain free/paleoish diet that includes 100% grass fed beef, raw goat milk, & local eggs, lots of all natural well water, exercise, sleep as much as possible & enjoy this great life that God has blessed me with
