Sometimes I get night sweats, yeah. But it's my feet
which are the most prone to overheating. They don't sweat, but they get hot and flushed. The skin becomes more sensitive too and sometimes I have to give them and/or my shins a good, long scratching before I go back to bed.
Dunno what the night sweats are about
. Not on pred, room is deffo not overheated, not having fevers in the evenings, etc. (at least nothing which the thermometer registers, but sometimes I do feel crappy in a low-grade feverish sort of way).
Dx Crohn's in summer of 2000. (Yay )
Tried and failed: 5-ASAs, azathioprine, 6MP, Remicade, methotrexate, Humira, various diets.
Had surgery Feb '13 - subtotal colectomy with end ileostomy. First thing to put me into remission in 13 years.
Had second surgery 10th July '15 to reverse the stoma and connect the ileum to the rectum. Officially flaring again. The fun never begins.
