You mentioned that you suspect the pain is from proctitis, so you aren't doing perfectly well...are you?
I made the suggestion to try the mesalamine supps to prove or disprove they make you bleed...that's all. It's a test with one control that's helping...the topical cream...that's it.
Analpram HC is the ointment medication in suppository form. I'm basing that info on the topical you're using from what I see on the internet. Analpram is without HC, which is steroid.
