Its not been a problem for me.
It has definitely improved digestion as I feel a lot less bloated after meal - honestly I feel great.
Like anything with IBD if you're going to take it, its best to start with small amounts and increase gradually. I have bult up to a teaspoon 4 times a day. I took mine in response to IBS symptoms caused by antibiotics rather than the underlying IBD but its has improved my symptoms across the board.
