Just wondering if anyone has tried this?

Its excellent for digestions and is a prebiotic that has been shown to help the good bacteria in the gut multiply at 4 times the rate of normal.

I've been taking 1 teaspoon four times a day for a couple of weeks now and I feel great. They gave me antibiotics last time I was in hospital (approx 1 year ago) and my gut has not felt the same since. 2 week on this stuff and I FINALLY feel back to normal.

John,

Are you using the "cracked wall" chlorella? And what was your condition before taking?

Yes I am using cracked wall organic chlorella powder - its the only way to go.

Ever since I was given a course of antibiotics, my gut has not felt the same, I've struggled to digest certain foods, been constantly tired, had lots of wind and disturbed sleep. This has been going on for approx a year and I've tried many things but the Chlorella powder has finally done the trick and my gut feel like it did before the antibiotics - perhaps even better.

For my experience prebiotics are as important as probiotics.

Its not been a problem for me.

It has definitely improved digestion as I feel a lot less bloated after meal - honestly I feel great.

Like anything with IBD if you're going to take it, its best to start with small amounts and increase gradually. I have bult up to a teaspoon 4 times a day. I took mine in response to IBS symptoms caused by antibiotics rather than the underlying IBD but its has improved my symptoms across the board.
