For those that read a prior posting of mine, I had thought at after 4 weeks on Uceris it was causing me a non-stop bad taste in my mouth.
Nope. Someone had asked, and the ONLY other new thing I could think of was that I had bought a different brand of protein powder for my morning smoothies.
I stopped using the new protein powder and 24 + hours later, the bad taste is gone.
So, basically, no side effects from the Uceris. But gotta watch the protein powder! lol. I feel bad, I don't even want to give this away to anyone after the experience I had with it!
In general, I have been very happy with smoothies for my breakfast: no stomach cramping as I get with eggs, more energy and alert
ness than with my former breakfast cereal. But... sheesh! I will be more careful with the powders.
Some folks had posted some recommendations. I will bring those with me when I go to get a new stash!
