This is normally the time of the year when I would have my flares, but not this year.
I have been taking 3-5g of vitamin C daily, which is quite high. I take some in the morning, some in the afternoon and some in the evening, so not all at once. The pills I am taking are some kind of slowly absorbing pills spreading the dose over a longer time.
After almost a month of extra vitamin C, I have "poop sausages", which is something I normally do not see unless I have been taking Prednison or Flagyl. I definitely react positively to Vitamin C. It looks like the poop is getting more stable for each day passing.
