I've been ordering from northwestpharmacy.com. You can search their website by calling it mesalamine enema or Canasa enema. There is a choice of 2g or 4g size and the price is quoted for a 7 pack.
Sometimes there is a disconnect between the order department and the pharmacist when they read your RX and you have to tell them that what is called mesalamine enema in US is Canasa or Salofalk enema in Canada. That happened to me the first time I ordered.
The price I see is 7/$47.49 for 2g or $190 for 28. Higher for 4g size 28 for $296.
You had great insurance to get them for $16 and I would pursue it with Express script
s because you'll have to pay the difference. They can't prove you received it, I'd say the proof is on them not you. Maybe your insurance (past I know) will go to bat for you because they paid for it too.
Good luck. No opinion on Asacol, aren't you taking the max? Don't exceed that.
