Hard to tell, but it seems that Entocort didn't work. I'm not sure what your symptoms are though and how much improvement is a "little". But the fact that the faecal calprotectin hasn't gone down is a bad sign.
I was actually in a fairly similar situation to you. I went on Entocort and did
see significant improvement. But it didn't last for very long. A couple of months after stopping Entocort, I had another FC test, the results of which were even higher than the one I had before I started Entocort. I'm now waiting to go on Entyvio.
Dx Crohn's in June 2000. (Yay )
Tried: 5-ASAs, azathioprine, 6MP, Remicade, methotrexate, Humira, diets.
1st surgery 20/2/13 - subtotal colectomy with end ileostomy.
2nd surgery 10/7/15 - ileorectal anastomosis. Stoma reversed and ileum connected to the rectum.
Current status: Chronic flare. Do I have any other kind?
Current meds: 50mg 6MP; waiting for funding for Entyvio
