I got into making this last year over the winter. It's awesome just before bed or anytime really.
You don't have to use ginger really. I just pour coconut or almond milk into a pot, add the tumeric powder, and cinnamon and honey and stir until it starts to steam pretty good.
In fact maybe I'll go make one now. It's been a while and its cool here at nights again.

supplement wise is called Curcumin. It is a compound found within tumeric. In supplements it is isolated and sold in tablet form. But give the Tumeric milk a try. Also black pepper increases the absorption of the curcumin in the tumeric. I usually put a little in my milk.
