So, I searched and came across a thread from ages ago where people were discussing using things like Soylent as a meal replacement (ideally not every meal, maybe just breakfast?). I was wondering if anyone has followed up on that, and if so, what their experience was like?
I feel like it might have some potential, since it's fairly bland from what I understand. The only caveat I can think of is that it seems to be pretty high in fiber, so perhaps that might cause some problems. This could be alleviated by making your own version of Soylent though, and just keeping a pre-mixed powder around.
Thanks for any thoughts and replies!
