hey CM - thanks for aksing
ya, doing weller than i expected - dumped all my meds the fist day i was home from seattle - the nausea was killing me and not exactly helping my recovery - up until Monday, i was still taking regular Tylenol 3-4 times per day but have backed off to just popping one at bedtime - still hurts to cough but otherwise pain free -
bowels are behaving nicely, so that bullet was dodged - thankfully !
the biggest issue is my back and neck - all the sitting/laying around/inactivity is taking a toll - going for a massage tomorrow, so maybe some relief in sight - my body just doesn't do well in lazy mode - the 10 pound lifting/pulling/pushing restriction is still in play for another 3 weeks
that makes life a bit challenging - but having my chest bust
open doesn't sound like fun either, so i'm trying my hardest to be a good boy
i won't be able to gauge the impact the new valve is or isn't making for a while - i do know that all the pain and tightness that i was experienced prior to surgery is gone completely - only time will tell how far back the clock will turn on my overall health - fingers crossed that i'll feel like 20 again soon
thanks again for checking in !
