I was using lialda and ran into a similar issue of owing $80 even after using the lialda copay assistance card. I recently found out that a generic version of apriso/lialda/asacol/delzicol is available called Mesalamine DR. I got that filled and it was just a $10 copay without the need for a copay assistance card. All i needed was my doctor to write a prescript
ion for Asacol. Here's my initial post about
it with additional information: www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=38&m=3766204
