You need simple, unprocessed food during a flare. Of course your gut didn't like the 50+ processed ingredients!
Basically all these ingredients would be hard to digest during a flare: nuts, caramel color, cocoa, whey, lactose, corn oil, corn syrup, Natural Flavor (which they don't specify) BHT, NonFat Dry milk etc etc. Vegitable oils (palm) is also pro-inflammatory. Not sure what BHT is but apparently it is regulated and can be an endocrine disrupter. You really only need 3 ingredients to make granola, but they add 50+ unnecessary and probably toxic ones to the mix!
