Been on Entyvio for six months with monthly infusions. Trying germinated barley foodstuff and seen improvement in just a few days. Not sure how to eat it. I have milled it and taken with liquid. Can it be cooked? It is very coarse. Easy to buy in u-brew stores. It has been dried after germinating.

(I added a subject)

I put it in protein shake in morning. Has not hurt and seems to be a pretty good prebiotic.

@Skrupskoer, can I ask what you are using for your germinated barley foodstuff? I am seeking the base product to make GBF for a friend with chronic Crohn's Disease, but in Australia there is very little information about it. If you could please share the product you buy to then mill and drink, that would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers smile

Does anyone have an update on where to buy GBF? I've tried every google phrase I can and still can't find it! Any help appreciated....
