I take 6MP which can mess with your liver. Anyways, my doctor found a small dot on the liver and I have to go for a cat scan. He said not to be too concerned, he just wants to make sure everything is ok.

Has anyone else had issues due to medicine and had to go for a cat scan??

My doctor says it's just a pre-caution to have the cat scan. Could be from the 6MP.

I've heard we can get non-cancerous deposits in the liver. I read it a while back and cannot remember the term *snap*. It cannot hurt to get it checked out though, just to be safe.

I've had many disconcerting results from scans. Latest being a shadowing on my spleen/liver area turned out to be nothing. But since this is your kidney, I've never heard of 6mp messing with kidney values. Even tho you gave us the result, what is the range? There are a variable of tests with different ranges so it helps to see that.
