Well, I have used both before and really didn't notice any specific benefit for my UC symptoms. But I did get some incredibly soft skin when I used the collagen for 6 weeks. At the time, I thought maybe I had leaky gut myself. In hindsight, I don't think I did.
Here is an interesting conversation debating glutamine and collagen and which is best for leaky gut. There is a lot of debate in the comments section.
