Hi...welcome to the forum.
The latest batch of salofalk that I have is REALLLLLLY difficult to squeeze. I've had them sporatically in the past, but never consistently as it's been lately.
Lay on your left side, and relax! Insert the nozzle fully, and slightly forward toward the stomach rather than back or to either side. You will have to find different hand positions of how to squeeze in order to push the bottom upward. Not easy with how difficult they have been to get the contents out. I pretty much put all fingertips on the top "ledge" with the bottom in my palm, pulling downward with my fingers and my palm upward. So, basically my hands in in a claw position.
Squeezing out the air initially doesn't work since it's an accordian style bottle with a plug of whatever lubrication in the nozzle.
*Heather* I give suggestions, do with them what you will.
