It involves eating a high fat diet. Low to no carbs and fairly low in protein. The majority of your calories should be coming from fats: avocados, oils, coconut oil, grass fed butters, cheese, bacon, eggs etc. It feels a bit counter intuitive but I am finding it very beneficial. I was a little sceptical at first, and although it can be tricky to keep up i think it’s great. Also, I combine it with intermittent fasting. So I don’t eat until 11 or 12 and then finish my days eating around 6 or 7. Works for me.
** and of course fish, salmon, kippers, mackerel etc
