Welcome back, but sorry you're going through a rough patch and seeing blood within your stool. I'd guess it was a hemorrhoid or at most some very minor UC inflammation that is lingering. Certainly good to get it checked out, but I wouldn't panic.
Sounds like your mind and anxiety are running a bit wild to go from seeing a little blood in stool to the thought of death from a lymphoma. First, it is highly unlikely there is any correlation between what you saw in your stool and a lymphoma. Swollen lymph nodes would be a sign of lymphoma (affects the lymphatic system and does NOT impact our bms and does NOT cause us to pass bloody stools). Even in the worst-case scenario and your suspicion was right, the majority (66%) are able to put it into a remission. We all have health anxieties to varying degrees and it can get better and worse depending on our symptoms.
Certainly get it checked out by a doctor and then you'll know for certain, and in the meantime you will be fine, try and not worry
