That is a tough question. It sounds like things aren't so bad, but not great either, especially since you can't eat enough to sustain.
Have you been back to the GI? Are you on any other meds? How about
Lialda or rectal meds? Mesalamine enemas? Have you had a recheck to see what's happening? A scope is always ideal, but you could do a fecal calprotectin to see where the number is. You can do stool tests at the same time and make sure there's nothing else going on that needs treatment. Have you had your 6mp levels checked? You should have gotten frequent blood work when you started, then when you're stable for a period of time, they will move to less frequent. Since you've never felt 100%, they should have checked the levels by now and adjusted the dose.
